We provide the whole development process! Together with our design team we can provide a full service from the first idea up to the ready engineered product. Depending on the needs, together with customers marketing experts, our designers can create initial sketches and visuals on different design routes. This can be done for crates but also for the bottle or the decoration of crates. In the next stage, we translate the preferred design into a drawing for technical discussions or for the creation of prototypes. Depending on the complexity of the product, we run simple strength calculations up to detailed FEM calculations to ensure the safety and the quality of the product vs. the lightest possible weight. With these tools and our expertise, we transfer the product in a detailed product drawing for the mould construction. With our know-how and the technical possibilities of today’s world we already start saving your resources during the design process.
Beverage Crates

Schoeller is one of the world’s largest plastic pallet producers and offers a comprehensive range of plastic pallets. On demand we may design any required size or versions providing reasonable production volumes. The change from the existing wooden pallets into plastic pallets is an increasing challenge.
